Thank you for your interest in booking our Villa! Please take a look at our house rules:

1. Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 10am.

2. No Smoking on Premises - this includes the screened in porch and carport.

3. Please use the Parking Pass available for your car at all time, even in the carport.

4. Trash pickup is Wednesday, please make sure to put the garbage out on Tuesday evening for pickup.

5. No pets.

6. No parties or large events.

7. Please observe all pool and community rules required by the Polynesian Gardens Community (posted at the pool and Community house)

8. Have a great time and make lots of amazing memories :)
